Salary: £24k-£27k + Commission

What’s the role about?

  • Building great relationships – You’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and support throughout the lettings process.
  • Marketing properties – Getting properties in front of the right people using creative marketing techniques to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Handling enquiries & viewings – From first contact to viewings and negotiations, you’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing the process – Keeping everything on track from offer to move-in, with a keen eye on the details.
  • Growing the business – Spotting new opportunities and helping to expand the lettings portfolio.

Who are we looking for?

  • Lettings experience is essential .
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport easily and thrives on helping people.
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A natural team player with plenty of initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

Location: Andover
Salary: £30-35k

 

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to join our clients team and help keep things running smoothly at the highest level. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping things organised, and love being the go-to person who makes everything click, this role is for you.

As an EA, you’ll work closely with their leadership team, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations flow seamlessly. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Executive & Operations Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar—schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Stay on top of emails—respond on behalf of the executive when needed and keep communication flowing.
  • Create reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with total discretion.
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes for smoother, more productive workflows.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure the team stays on track.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive projects forward and keep everything aligned.

Admin & Event Coordination:

  • Help coordinate internal communications and company-wide announcements.
  • Organise company events, meetings, and special projects with precision.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and ensure they are delivered on time.

HR & Compliance Support (Limited Scope):

  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks like recruitment coordination and onboarding.
  • Help ensure company policies and processes remain compliant with labour regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar operational support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills—you never let a detail slip through the cracks.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience in operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or compliance processes (not required but a plus).
